1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

4 Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the l3444 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any information you provide must be truthful and must not impersonate any other person or entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 5 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, l3444 is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This is a standard industry practice designed to prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and financial crime.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the l3444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). l3444 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which l3444 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in normal circumstances. l3444 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention procedures.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Pending Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of funds that include active bonus amounts will trigger an automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
